Conference Information
Join student trustees from across California for an engaging and informative event designed to equip you with the tools, insights, and connections needed to succeed in your role. Learn about your responsibilities as a student trustee, hear firsthand experiences and advice from recent student trustees, and be inspired by a compelling keynote speaker. This workshop also offers valuable networking opportunities with fellow incoming student trustees from throughout the state.

Hotel and Travel
The League’s Student Trustees Workshop is being held at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport in Ontario, CA! All events will be located at this property.
Hotel Room Block Rate & Parking
Room Block Rate: $179 per night.
All room rates are subject to sales tax (currently 9.625%), as well as occupancy tax, (currently at 13.5%) per night and the CA Tourism Assessment Fee of $0.25. Rates are quoted single or double occupancy, each additional guest will incur additional charges, plus tax.
Hotel parking is available to guests for $18.00 per day.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing. To request a refund for your registration, email Kristen Bautista at eventsregistration@ccleague.org. A $50 processing fee will be charged from the registration fee for all refunds, per registrant. This is separate from the CC fees that are applied to registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Friday, August 1st @ 11:59pm.
