The Community College League of California invites you to Focus, the theme for the 2025 Annual Convention. Focus on the mission, on equity, on the students. Yet in a hyperconnected, uncertain era, our energies are diffused by interminable to-do lists, technology interruptions and 24/7 distractions. What would our lives be like if we could direct our attention to what truly matters? What would our impact be if we were given permission to do one thing, and do it well? With focus, we serve with greater intention, lead with purpose and reaffirm our direction.Â

2025 Annual Convention - Exhibitor
Your Exhibitor Showcase booth registration includes one (1) general ticket (includes all convention sessions and meals) and one (1) booth attendant ticket. Showcase is open from Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon.
Conference Information
The Community College League of California’s Annual Convention is the premier gathering of California community college CEOs, Trustees and staff, providing ongoing professional development to address the ongoing and emerging issues affecting more than 2.2 million college students. With more than 50 concurrent plenary sessions, four keynote presentations and social networking opportunities, community college leaders will learn best practices from industry experts. Additionally, Friday’s luncheon includes the annual Distinguished Alumni Awards luncheon.
In 2025, the Annual Convention is a short distance from the Anaheim Resort area. Registrants have an option for discounted Disneyland Resort tickets for the period surrounding the convention.

Hotel, Travel, & Registration Information
The League’s Annual Convention is being held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA! All events will be located at this property.
Hotel Room Block Rate: $239/Night
Hotel Self-Parking
We are happy to offer overnight self-parking at a reduced rate of $20.00 per night. Valet parking is offered but will be charged at the prevailing rates.

This year, the League is happy to announce our partnership with Disneyland Resorts! Further information will be provided in your confirmation email.
Registration Cancellation & Replacement Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing. To request a refund for your registration, email Kristen Bautista at eventsregistration@ccleague.org. A $50 processing fee will be charged from the registration fee for all refunds, per registrant. This is separate from the CC fees that are applied to registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Friday, November 7, 2024.Â
If you are no longer able to attend the 2025 Annual Convention but have someone to take your place, this registration replacement request must be made on or before Thursday, November 13, 2025. Requests made after this deadline will not be considered. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to Kristen Bautista at eventsregistration@ccleague.org.
Health & Wellness Policy
You also agree not to attend the event or event related activities if you are aware that you are ill, become ill, or are aware that you have been directly exposed to a respiratory or other virus. We ask that if you exhibit any symptoms including fever, coughing, or vomiting, that you do not enter the event premises. As such, you also agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures that CCLC, the hotel or facility hosting the event, the county health department in which the event is located, or the State may have in place during the Event. By attending any CCLC in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to respiratory or other known viruses, and release CCLC from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending the Event. CCLC’s goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment.
Recording Policy
To ensure the privacy and enjoyment of all attendees, video recording of this event is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that attendees refrain from recording or live streaming any portion of the event.
