
Financing Authority
The California Community College Financing Authority was created to accomplish the purposes of the JPA Law and Bond Pooling Act, including the financing of Public Capital improvements and the purchase of certain obligations.
Meeting agendas and materials may be found here. The regularly scheduled meeting dates for the Authority are the Wednesday following the first Tuesday of each month at 8 am. Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRAN)
The League’s 2020-21 Fiscal-Year Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRAN) Program is designed to assist districts anticipating a cash flow shortage.
