The League offers programming and resources designed to specifically benefit those in the first two years of their position.
The reimagined and restructured CEO Leadership Academy (CLA) offers California's district and college leaders, strategic approaches to wicked problems, insight into long-standing and emerging issues, peer support, and perspectives on managing work-life balance.
Through case studies, small group dialogue with CEO colleagues, and facilitated by leaders with a diversity of perspectives and experience, the CEO Leadership Academy provides time away from campus with supportive peers in an environment both engaging and sustaining.
