2026 Asilomar Leadership Skills Seminar

Asilomar Leadership Skills Seminar is designed for individuals who have demonstrated leadership in their current roles and aspire to positions with broader scope and responsibilities. The program focuses on issues that affect women in community college leadership roles.

The registration process requires a cover letter, updated resume, participation authorization form (signed by  a chancellor, president, vice president, or dean), and a recent headshot.

Attendees of the Asilomar Leadership Seminar gain skills and knowledge to expand their leadership responsibilities and develop lasting relationships with experienced and emerging community college leaders.

The seminar is held at the Asilomar State Conference Center, located in Pacific Grove, between Monterey and Carmel. Asilomar is in a beautiful, wooded area with an adjoining state beach. All lodging and meals are provided on-site and are included in the seminar fee.
