Board/CEO Relationship

Experienced Trustees and CEOs share their knowledge and experience developing and maintaining effective Board/CEO relationships. Join the facilitated discussion on the triangle of relationships. This session will explore the relationships between trustees, between the CEO and trustees, and between the governing board and CEO. Participants will have the opportunity to share effective practices and glean insights from colleagues. This is a space for questions and reflection and fun!
