Assistant Director of District Services, Library Resources Consortium Director
The Community College League of California and the Council of Chief Librarians, California Community Colleges jointly operate the CC Libraries Consortium, a purchasing cooperative for databases and other digital products which serves primarily the 112 California community college libraries (see www.cclibraries.org).  The Assistant Director negotiates with vendors for discounted prices; handles billing; assists libraries with vendor contact, problem resolution, and technical matters; and works with a standing committee to evaluate new products, review existing products, and insure that all aspects of the program work effectively.  The Assistant Director is an employee of the League, has a broad range of benefits, participates in the California Public Employees Retirement System, and is eligible for telecommuting.  For more information:  please contact Gregg Atkins at Gregg Atkins gregg.atkins@wavecable.com or Kimi Shigetani at kimi@ccleague.orgClosing Date; April 3, 2015
