The League’s regional representatives work with local colleges to get the word out on the impact of budget cuts and generate community support across the state for our colleges.

Stacy Berger

Stacy joins the League after returning to California from Washington, DC, where she served as Director of National Programs for Young Democrats of America. Before that, she was executive director of the California Young Democrats, where she worked with the League and other organizations to highlight the impact of proposed cuts on higher education. Stacy graduated from University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's in urban studies and planning and an experienced grass roots campaigner and organizer.


Elaine Reodica

Elaine Reodica graduated with a bachelor's in political science in June 2009 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she served as student commissioner for financial supports and worked in the campus's community and governmental relations office. Before transferring to UCLA, Elaine attended Pasadena City College where she was vice president of the associated students, worked on the Proposition 92 campaign, and interned for then-Senator Jack Scott. Elaine grew up in Alaska.
