The annual Executive Assistants Workshop begins at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday (registration opens at 1:00) and ends at 5:00 on Friday. All executive assistants who assist governing boards and chief executive officers are invited to attend. Separate registration materials are mailed and posted on the website. Participants in this workshop are invited to attend the rest of the Trustees Conference. Those who wish to do so may register and pay only for meals (use the guest meal rate on the Trustees Conference registration form).
A block of rooms has been reserved at the contracted rate of $189 plus room tax, for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, April 8, 2015. The hotel reservation link is available on the conference registration confirmation.
All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds are available if cancellation is received after Friday, April 10, 2015. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
