Registrations are accepted online only, on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee covers the speakers, workshops, special dinners and program. Conference attendance is limited, pre-registration and advanced payment are required to guarantee participation. Registration will not be accepted without either a credit card payment, check or purchase order number. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations made prior to Friday, May 14. No refunds are available for cancellations made after Friday, May 14.

Accommodation Information
The Granlibakken Conference Center is a rustic resort located in Tahoe City, California, near the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Participants will register for lodging DIRECTLY with Granlibakken. Rates are per person, an additional 10% room tax will be charged to all rooms.
- Standard Single: $159/night (examples of lodging available in this range include twin bed in a loft with a shared bathroom, a private bedroom with one twin bed and a shared bathroom in a townhouse)
- Standard Double: $89/night (example twin beds in a shared bedroom with a bathroom like a hotel room or as part of a townhouse shared with other conference attendees)
- Deluxe Single: $219/night (example includes a studio suite with either a conventional bed or a queen wall bed and a bedroom with two twin beds or one king bed in a town house or lodge. Single occupancy entails one person assigned to the studio and one person to the bedroom)
- Deluxe Double: $139/night (example includes description above but with two people assigned to each sleeping area)
Double occupancy means you either specify when making your reservations who your roommate will be or you authorize Granlibakken to assign you a roommate.
