General Info
General Information

The new student trustee faces a challenging introduction to the board, serving as both a student and a board member. The Student Trustees Workshop (STW) is designed to help student board members become knowledgeable and influential education policy-makers. It also provides the opportunity to meet and talk with other student trustees from around the state. Participants will receive the 2020 Trustee Handbook and Effective Student Trustees by Nick Kachiroubas, as well as other information for student trustees.

In light of current health and safety restrictions due to COVID-19, the 2020 Student Trustees Workshop is being offered in a virtual format! Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email of when you will be provided the Zoom information for the workshop.

NOTE: STW materials will be mailed out on Monday, July 20th. Attendees who register after this date may not receive event materials on or before August 6th.
